Arn, I know it's not illegal, but it leaves the door open for MM's to minipulate the market where they profit for themselves. Now that PPS is so low because of $1.20 Sell yesterday, they can purchase at extremely low Prices and reap the Harvest when this gets current. That's all I am saying.
