They did not take on new litigation for 2 more major Co's
because they are going to sell to Apple for a buck. Are you nuts?.
Your thinking is way too small. This is an aggressive move by VPLM.
You don't do that if you are giving away the farm for a paltry buck,
especially after all these years.
I smell blood in the water here. I believe they have the upper hand with both Apple and AT&T, we just don't know the details yet. Expect
all defendents to fold like a cheap suit in time.
