Look at the Fins, shareholders paid off a 200k note, and the company turned around and issued more shares to a toxic lender. If we make 300k profit from the last property sale why do we need the toxic lending? Where is the car sale profit, and what is it being used for?

So yes, as long as there is toxic lending taking place with no share selling structure, its the shareholders backs keeping things alive.
