It requires a filing to the NASDAQ and certain market cap or price levels. They'll be issuing a new trading symbol on the 13th..NILE.. And I hope they'll Segway to the NASDAQ. The games being played on the equity now are attempts to punish, control, or undermine listing on another market. Amex is a very controlling market, to put it in the very nicest of terms..
