Buying its peer (HPIL) at 52-week-high 0.0119 = buying VIZC at 0.0581 which is 65 Times of current ridiculous price 0.0009!
Buying HPIL at today's high 0.0028 = buying VIZC at 0.0137 which is 15.22 Times of current ridiculous price 0.0009!
So VIZC is Much Much Much Cheaper than HPIL now!
It is Super Undervalued now!
It is also at Hyper Oversold status --- from 0.0072 to 0.0009 without any bad news!
