This company is a total joke.

You don’t have employees, your other failing company that you gave a tour of (Crank) does. Look at the salaries posted in the last financials for HPIL.

Stop lying to people and maybe work on getting current. I know it’s hard, but somehow every other competent CEO has figured out how to do it.

You haven’t even attempted to fix your past errors this since Nov 9th. You have no credibility any more at all.

HPIL is a scam people should continue to filing SEC complaints every time you mislead investors.
