The USRM-a-CON bullshit case was already appealed to the 11th circuit and they LOST BIG TIME w/o even a sliver of doubt left open by the appellate panel of VERY experienced sitting judges ??????

The judge who wrote the guts of the final brief for the 11th, he is one of the most Sr and most respected appellate judges in the nation and often sits on the D.C. appellate etc ??????

Ginsburg worked for SCOTUS legend Thurgood Marshall, he's got Harvard law under his belt and did stints at the DOJ in various roles - he's in the stratosphere of sitting judges.
