- What can he really say (what would justify PR'sÈ

- We know what business he is involved with,
- we know about is current treatment capacity (40 - 50 beds +)
-we know he behaves as a responsible executive (normal financial reporting,
no BS or pumping PR's

What don't we know?

- what is his growth plan?
- what does he work onÉ (financing, government grants, partnerships ???)
- How far or not is he from closing some kind of deal?

2 possible reasons relative to why he does not communicate more with his shareholders

- He doesn't care about us
- he cannot say anything we do not really know, being in a confidencial process mandating silence till an agreement (or many) is (are) reached.

Bottom line, he is a JA or more probably, a responsible executive only communicating what he must (Quaterly reports) or/and can (legally or otherwise) as a responsible executive ...

Each pick his view but in my case, I prefer to believe the second hypothesis.
