They stated that the genetic screening lab will open this month and they'll have the tools to immediately increase their output 10 times.

By the time this 4th generation is cocooning, the lab will be open for screening. So the 5th generation should immediately increase by 10x like the PR says

This new lab will allow for in-process genetic screening and the tools to immediately increase our output by at least ten times and our vision of metric ton scale spider silk production.”

Those are the new capabilities the company will have once the lab opens this month
