That makes me think that Capstone would have only been a resaler of the first mirror, but actually has intellectual property rights on this one. I wonder if that distinction is a driving force for why the first mirror never made it to market. That also makes a big difference on if we can treat the The Mirror to Lululemon sale as exhibit 1 in the Capstone could be worth $10 a share or not argument (for those not keeping up the sale of The Mirror to Lululemon was 500 million, divided into Capstone share structure of 49.54 million equals just over $10 a share). If they don't own the intellectual property rights there is no patent to sell, only their bottom line sales can drive the stock price, but since they do appear to own it with this FCC-ID, I think that should play in the calculation of PPS.
