The 17b quote you used is a stretch, as someone stated before he used his name as an alias and signed all his posts. We all know he is compensated and we all know who he is as stated in your own header. I would try another issue as that one is weak and will most likely be a waste of time.

The PR, move on already, obviously if it was deemed to be in error there would have been a correction. There wasn't any. I find this to be a non-issue as well.

The filings of the 13d,3,4 who cares---that's Rich's problem, he is just a shareholder. The Board and CEO and other officers are liable for corporate stuff, not whether Rich files or not. If he can never be an officer of a public company again, who gives a rats behind. Not me!

SEVU is my concern, only. Rich seems to be doing a fine job on R & D, he maybe helping with of the shot calling but it all comes down on George.
