Then, don't pay- See the Rotmans Class Action Lawsuit in MA over not paying employees overtime. (If you know what it takes to get a case to Class Action status then you know it is not a fluff case or an accidental "accounting" error)

Never deliver.
(Plenty of VYST Shareholder evidence on over promising and never delivering)

Then probably in my opinion:
Settle & NDA's.

Spin it.

Again, IMO... which by the way has been more accurate than the Vystar IR Promoting Puppet who has a 0% prediction accuracy.
