Hey JAJ25...latest from Orie...copy and paste: "Pleased to report audit is DONE and registration begins now. We are having a conference call this week to coordinate all the hands that are now responsible to get this done.

Finally on our way. The process is to get this done in the next couple of weeks and file, then wait for comments – hopefully there will not be much to respond. Once it’s file we just need to go through the motions SEC dictates so I can’t say how long but other registrations such as our I am told take 6-8 weeks.
