The class action paying out to the shareholders who were in the class time period has Zero to do with former BioAmber shareholders that are not in that class action case.
Since the class action case has been touted to be the only thing holding up “good things coming” what will be the next excuse when nothing changes?
The class action cases end will not change anything for former shareholders of BIOAQ that’s for dam sure
