when I smell a crooked stock doing unscrupulous things I like to warn people. I banged the table about QNTA all summer and ended up being spot on about that scam. they are under investigation by the SEC right now. Now I'm seeing some sketchy things in ICOA. Wish it wasn't so because I did really like this stock and the news has all been good on the surface, but when you see this kind of volume with heavy move downs and no negative reason to justify it you just have to wonder what is really going on and it is not going to be good. I really hope this is just accumulation based off of a downtrend and manipulation but it's hard to believe that at this time.
