When doing real DD the last place you look for facts is the company/CEO as they will tell you either whatever they believe you want to hear or whatever is best for pumping.

Deitsch is in violation of Reg FD when he communicates with selected shareholders who he knows will not question him - and when the information isn't in the public domain that is illegal.

In doing real DD you take the company hype and attempt to independently verify the hype. But you never contact the company/CEO for truthful information - Deitsch has proven that many times.
