I do not think Nasrat/Mikah want to sell their rights - it is a cash cow from Mikah/Nasrat.

I think he wants to continue having a profit split model where both Mikah and Elite make money by accelerating the number of drugs Elite manufactures.

The question is how much does he really invest in the R&D of the new ANDA's?

If it costs Mikah $2Mil that he can recoup in a year or less then we better use Elte's money which is sitting in a bank account...

If it costs Mikah $20 mil - then it makes sense to split.
