If Conrad just wanted to milk the company why would he spend the money to bring the financials current. I believe he did it for a reason and we may get the answer to that soon. I would hate to sell and then see there was news on the stock in the days ahead.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
