Remember those volume days of 150 million shares? That was only six weeks ago. Now volume averages around 30 million shares. The traders have left the building. So the share price staircases down because aren't enough buyers to offset those that got left behind. Eventually the stock will find the price that starts to make it attractive to the masses again. The chart says somewhere between .005 -.0055 . But I know no one here cares about technicals.
