just my point of view

all conferences have been cancelled because management wants the current shareholders to know first.

if there is material news, they must notify the stockexchange and ask them to stop the trading.

can they wait untill the AGM and not stop trading? if it is bad news, in my opinion they should not wait to put out a press release, to avoid shareholders from buying and claiming they should have been told the minute management knew.

if it is good news, not many will complain. the price has been going up these last few days so no worries.

the last time the shareprice went up Mark was fast to tell us the "bad" news that there was no material news to explain the uptrend. he took the responsability to avoid shareholders blaming him when the sp would go back down.

so in a way no news is good news. lets see what the agm brings us.
