At what price does a barrel of oil need to be to make EOR cost effective?

Numbers I found from 2016 stated $65/$75 a barrel. No specifics were given on type, depth, ground formation, etc of the wells.

I realize that the technology then isn't what it is now but would think there's a relatively accurate number out there in the industry being used as a benchmark.

Something that would be a "yeah" or "nay" figure right off the bat for owners/ producers
