Hanumna, You will not need to execute the ADR conversion until the ADR process reaches level 3, which may take a few weeks or months. At that time you will need to convert your shares which will be similar to a r/s at a ratio of 1 for 150. However, they do not call it an r/s even though the impact on the common SH is the same.
