Absolutely nothing has changed fundamentally with this stock.
The ONLY thing that changed today is that some impatient amateurs threw a fit and panic sold their shares because they did not get the merger news they wanted when they wanted it. Boo hoo.
The PR today basically just served as a brief shareholder update and helped flush out all the whiny brats who demand instant gratification.
If the ceo was a scammer he wouldn’t have directly addressed any dilution in a PR release, he would have avoided the topic completely or lied about it and just pumped some new merger hype. He didn’t do that, he was completely transparent and honest about what is going on here, even though it wasn’t going to please most shareholders. Don’t like it? Sell and move on. Simply as that. Good riddance.
At the end of the day, nothing has changed here. This is still a pink current shell with merger specialist Currier on board that is “aggressively” pursuing a merger candidate. May take longer than most hoped for or expected, but it’s still on track for exactly what catalysts it had been prior to this PR. Absolutely no reason to sell at this point, especially for a loss. The smart ones will be buying cheaper shares and holding.
