yes one of the members said they spoke to her over linkedin. its no secret how cash strapped companies raise money. if they are still on track for a merger with a company and she is still doing the consulting then not a whole lot has changed they have been diluting since sept this is no secret. why? hopefully to eliminate all past debt + buy a solid company? who knows..
