Which "street" is that ? Rt1 in Boca and Palm Beach ?

If you are referencing "wall street" .... wall streeters don't buy pink sheet stocks with the rare exceptions of very well known companies. Pink sheets are retailers paradise and retail action is fleeting. Chasing alpha for a few minutes and dumping.

I am very curious what ECSL investors think the closing price of ECSL will be on the day the purchase of the "land and businesses" is announced as closed. 1 week later ? A month later ? A year later ?

I've seen prices tossed out there but not really tied all the closely to a corresponding timeframe.
