The thing is, I received shares of NUGX allegedly from GNBT and 80% of them are non-negotiable, while I could sell 20% if I choose. I have chosen to just hold. I have neither bought nor sold any NUGX. I just own it. My broker, TDA, lists it as "Nugenerex Immuno Oncology Inc Common Stock" (copied and pasted from broker page). Supposedly NUGX doesn't exist, but there it is! I assume it is to be converted to NGIO eventually.
It seems a looming mystery, but not to me, especially. I have something that's worth nothing unless something changes. LoL. Anyone knowing more is welcome to inform me.
