Court went very well today. The lawyer submitted the request for dismissal. Judge said she has a "hunch" it will be vacated prior to the next court date. She said they typically go over the cases one week prior to the date and determine which cases may not need to be scheduled. So we are looking pretty good for a dismissal via the minute report probably around the 14th-17th of December. That would put it the week before the typical 3rd Tuesday of the month.
