Sounds like 8 Mile. Or an imposter to me.

This whole process, the way SSM has handled IFAN, the secrecy, the lack of transparency, all points to a very bad outcome here. I've never seen a reverse merger handled in such an unprofessional manner. Even the new supposed owner is hiding behind a generic Twitter account using the old, defunct company logo that NO LONGER APPLES. I mean, come on?? What?? IFAN FIANANCIAL?? This is a dead company.

All real and genuine mergers have nothing to hide. They are up front with the shareholders to build real value. None of this hide and seek, or lurking about in the shadows, leaving shareholders to go off on wild conspiracy theories.

This will not end well. Guaranteed.
