Your argument means nothing now.... If Roberts had this letter we'd be talking damages just from that case. This new evidence will get reviewed by the SC and it's now a new ballgame where damages will be assessed... Your argument now means nothing as this is the holy grail w/ the last chief executive just put pen to paper saying he was thwarted from his plans by the previous unconstitutional FHFA structure... better pray you aren't short when this gets reviewed by the SC and all the cases going forward.
