Zero percent chance that's actually Dr. Javitt, taking the time to read and post on an internet message board in responses to, at least, 5 apparently different anonymous posters (i.e. people he has no idea who they are). That's the obvious clue.

The more subtle clue...he wouldn't be using the term "RLF" when corresponding on unresolved legal matters (outside actual court documents).
