everything coming to gether in a strategic plan

couldn't sign the acciona agreement until the ACt and Frames deals were done as PLUG will be able to provide all of that ancillary infrastructure and services to the JV (and I guess justify the 50:50 set up.

Europe is where it is at, which is why unfortunately the news has mean the US stock price is not responding.

I also assume some people want $$ numbers even though revenues are 15 months away.
