I don't want to be a Debbie downer but cmgo's 10% cut is only from the north jersey site? At a 10% increase to the company wouldn't they just build a different site that it sounds like they intend to do anyway and if so wouldn't they stack the other sites with the most equipment to avoid paying 10% of anything to cmgo?
