Agreed. For all that has transpired with the buyback, if they were to not come through with the payments, MSSV would have so many lawsuits or such a big class action suit that they would be in jeopardy of bankruptcy.

If they didn't want to pay the former LAHO shareholders, they could have just left well enough alone and walked away clean, free and without consequences. But this isn't the case any longer.

They could have made things clearer and addressed some of the concerns with the format but I am almost certain that things are legit and we will be paid.
