And from a business standpoint, it is by far cheaper to RS then buyback.
I've been in and out of penny stocks for well over 10 years. I've heard countless "buyback" rumors. No one has ever done it. Because it is easier and cheaper to RS. Companies would rather take that money and put it into the company then buy shares and retire them.
I am not saying this will happen but from a financial standpoint, it's the cheaper option for them.
But who knows right now what they are doing. Seems like they have gone silent in regards to answering emails.
