Yes, I agree. IMO First Majestic has always had our backs. It's surprising to me the Street hasn't seemed to figure that out yet. I believe we'll see a bidding war for Springpole happen when the permitting is obtained, but depending on what's offered from Whom will depend on whether our Management accepts any deal. We'll be in the driver's seat in that regard.

I believe that in the wings our Management will have a plan devised to keep Springpole in the family IF they don't perceive other offers up to snuff, then maybe they go with their keeping Springpole plan. By the time the permitting is approved we'll have a much better knowledge of additional gold deposits around Springpole most likely increasing the resources significantly. That's my take on it.

There seems to be a lot of investor interest in our royalty revenues going forward for good reason. I think Dan needs to put as much focus on the royalties the Company will be generating (just as You say). Next time I talk to Paul I'll mention it to him. He'll pass it along to Dan and maybe they can put it on the website.

Finally, we've not heard a word about Auteco offering us anything for the balance of PC. Dan told me that they might do that by year's end because by then they will essentially be through with the agreement we made with them for spending money on exploration. Any additional exploration spending will be on their dime, we will be free and clear of any obligations. Whatever they do will benefit FMG and Auteco just like when our agreement was intact.
