Maybe. Maybe not. It says they haven’t received OTC access which would mean they can’t verify it until after they gain access. The speculation was that if it was real they wouldn’t use the old IFAN logo. However, whoever it is, they clearly are maintaining their anonymity. They own that logo now. Might as well use it for something until they can use their own logo. It’s just nice to have something different happening.
