The reason why you have come back with a poor comeback is because you tend to ignore the most important factor in the whole equation, and that factor is called history.

Let me explain to you in a way, perhaps you will understand. I had a friend, whose account I took over by the name of Limitx here on this board about a year and a half ago. He lost all his money here thinking they were going to make due on their promises, and the only promise they kept was buying a new facility. The rest of everything was lost by the waste side. I, through him, warned many about how this company was a funding failure. What is a funding failure? A funding failure is when a company receives money from outside sources even though their owned asset is failing. Mind you, I never dealt with OTC, I was a big board lover and still hold many juicy positions in the big board arena. That said, you want examples, look at all the disappointed traders and investors that have had their money here, look at all the financials that have looked very similar since it's inception.
It's one thing to be positive when the facts and proof of concept are positive, but it's another thing to be positive off of hopes that this will be something that it's not.
Now, for the real proof, why has the price dropped from a Penny to now where it's been doomed to go, to triple penny arena? I'll inform you, either management is not doing right by shareholders or because the proof of concept is not within reality. And I tend to think both are an issue.
So I don't need any proof, all you need to do as a sound investor or trader is to research on this tickers history, and as they say " history always repeats itself" and this one repeats history a lot. Good day to you sir.
