So, they're falsifying their balance sheet to save on taxes, then?

Yeah, that'll end well.

The grant monies would still have to show on the balance and cash flow sheets. That's what a public company is obligated to do. It isn't an option.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
