Yes, that was in one of the links I've read through today, looking for the "valuable" IP that isn't on the balance sheet nor is mentioned in their xeroxed financial reports. Yet another company with the CEO's name on it "over there," adding to the bait and switch.

Lots of fluffy information on that with zero specifics, just the way the OTC likes them.

EGYF is expecting to file audited financials with the SEC to become a fully reporting company, making the business more accountable and transparent in its financials and business announcements. We also plan to uplist to OTCQB in 2021 and to further up-list onto a major exchange.
