Not sure what that is for. As significant as it is there should have been an 8K issued explaining it. Some one else suggested it was for fluids for the potential 20 hospitals but that is definitely not correct. There is no way they would be paying in advance for that.
For some reference on how much fluid the 20 hospitals would take, a 100 bed hospital will use about 80-100 gallons of HOCL per day if they are using it throughout their facility. I am not sure how much catholyte would be used, something significantly less than HOCL.
A concern if the advance is for equipment, the cash is almost used up with the pay down in debt and G&A expenses. There are great margins on the equipment but there isn't enough cash left to build a significant number of units. It would be best case if it was for rights to produce or for fluids.
