For some reference on how much fluid the 20 hospitals would take, a 100 bed hospital will use about 80-100 gallons of HOCL per day if they are using it throughout their facility. I am not sure how much catholyte would be used, something significantly less than HOCL.
A concern if the advance is for equipment, the cash is almost used up with the pay down in debt and G&A expenses. There are great margins on the equipment but there isn't enough cash left to build a significant number of units. It would be best case if it was for rights to produce or for fluids.
