The CEO has to sell shares.
1. The company has pitiful revenue streams.
2. The CEO's son takes all the company cash.
3. The company is out of shares to issue.
4. The company can not raise any $$ because of the 1,2,& 3 above.
5. The CEO has to sell shares to pay auditors to keep the company current with filings otherwise all of the shares they have issued to themselves for all their "Hard Work" are useless.
