The amazing thing is that on that one crazy day SURG traded 600 times the number of shares traded so far today (as of around 3pm).

600 TIMES!

And today's volume is pretty decent.

That was some crazy stuff. Had to have been 95% wash trading. And then some folks got caught up in the craziness. No wonder this crashed afterwards.
