Interesting. They wouldn't be selling for A$1 and a royalty if they weren't pretty sure the Block will be put into production.

And as for "housekeeping" the only thing I can think of is it takes one more thing off their plate so they can focus on the mines and also the TVIRD IPO. Perhaps that's now imminent. We shall see.
