Well we should be able to narrow it down to almost a specific day, not taking into consideration holidays.

December 4th (Expert Review Occurred) - They have 30 working days after this day to review their findings and at that time, they are required by regulation to come to a decision regarding the application. Of course, at that point they have decided on their action, but have not informed the applicant(Calypte), which is what the additional time period is for. During this additional time period(another30 days), the formal decision document and/or response is to be prepared by the SFDA and forwarded to the applicant before the second statutory time limit expires.

60 days: About February 23rd.

Here's the kicker:
Chinese New Year falls on the second new moon after the winter solstice (all months begin with a new moon). In 2007 Chinese New Years falls on February 18th.

Chinese New Year runs from the middle of the last month of the previous year (based on the Chinese calendar) to the middle of the first month of the new year.

--->If I understand this correctly. The holiday will last from about today (early Feb) to the beginning of March. Anyone aware of China during this period? Do people get off the enitre holdiay? Only Certain days (Feb 18th?) So I would say at the absolute latest we would receive something by the end of the first week in March. Hopefully sooner.
