Obviously expecting Leon to come out and promote what he does and plan to do is a loss of time. He obviously doesn't care about market cap or pps and he most likely will not for a while.

Let's assume he works at growing the business (as demonstrated in Q3 financials) and at executing a plan he doesn't want to discuss (pumping) till part of this plan is more than a plan.

Hard to believe that such a reputed business person did work at obtaining licences and produce AND REPORT initial results without intent to succeed.

Leon is more likely finishing the year with a good base to build from before executing a growth for 2022 thru expansion of current facility and maybe getting public funds aimed at solving a serious problen for the country.

Looking at Q2 honest reporting, Q3 financials and Q4 aluded to resulsts, no one can seriously accept the current market cap and/or a strategy simply aimed at selling shares at current pps.

We unfortunately do not really know what will happen or when but unless you just want to look smart (looking at the past), you have to belive the future will be great and the future render manipulation more difficult or even suitable by manipulators themselves.
