And where did VPER get the $10 million they needed to complete that purchase? Why is GSI not mentioned in their financials? Reverse split is mentioned in 3 separate paragraphs. Didn't GSI have some incredible amount of contracts or projects currently in the works? How come VPER sees none of those revenues even though GSI was a 100% acquisition? GSI was "Global Services International". Why is there a company called "Green Sustainable Initiatives" using the old URL, address and phone number? Seems a little strange to me. Somebody should tweet that over to Faraud and ask him what's up.
Why does the link to employees say "Network Society Team" on the Green Sustainable Initiatives website?
