fiat the loan is going to be extended with the collateral of pandeys real estate which is great news,why? it shows the ceo and founder has the utmost confidence in the company and its future and will be able to pay alembic off with revenues from production and sales, thats a huge plus, much better than paying off a loan with a new loan(stealing from peter to pay off paul)imo
