What insiders?it’s just the new guy listed. Besides they could r/s us to nothing and then issue shares all they want to themselves. That’s the game that is used. It happened to us recently in the old lazar pfm-es. Samtrade merged in reversed us to nothing. The SS was already good. They sucked all the liquidity out of the stock with the r/s. Nothing would surprise me here. I just hope there is news on the merger before any r/s so we can make up our own minds and not having it made up for us.
