Just to cover all scenarios, since I've seen this happen before, are there any protections to prevent Sharp or anyone else from selling share out of the 1,875,000,000 AS. We've made lots of predictions from share structure remaining the same, and share cancellations, but I havent seen anyone consider the potential for some dilution due to the AS. Do we have any number crunchers who can see what a midrange price point could be considering possible amounts of dilution?? Or with the restoration of SEC Filer mean they need to go through a process before they can sell shares from the AS?
No not trying to sow any doubt, just want a realistic picture considering all potential paths. Been holding since AUG 2020
