To Answer Your Questions, Rich:



Q1) Does that mean my claim went in as intended or is there more?

A1) There WILL be MORE to fill, upon getting an email confirmation, which those who Submitted The 1st STEP. When its expected to arrive in our Inboxes, that I cannot say.Yes, if you reached the 'Docusign Sent' screen, I believe it would be safe to assume your Info + Digital Signature + Statement Attachment, have indeed been received. My Questrade Rep suggested I upload a .PDF file my most recent Monthly Statement. If your TDA Positions Sheet was the most up-to-date, id assume its acceptable (maybe ask your TD Rep if you're not sure)





Q2) Must I subscribe to Docu to proceed further?

A2) To my knowledge, no, we've not been requested for acquire a Subscription for DocuSign.




Q3) Have not been able to print either of the documents (Docu and first TDA page showing positions.)

A3) I was able to download a .PDF copy of 1st Step, which shows my NAME/SIGNATURE/ATTACHMENT PAPERCLIP I entered (the attachment itself is opened and shown in the pages below, for it itself was a few pages long)
